AIMExpo 2013! – Reserve Your Space Now! Call before midnight tonight!

I’m sure you can imagine the countless details that go into an inaugural show with the magnitude and targeted impact of the American International Motorcycle Expo. Some details are harder than others and simply take much more time. Choosing our host city was arguably the biggest initial task, and then the ongoing development of an incredible Motorcycle Group team has been another, with even more new faces to come! Now, our focus leans toward another important milestone – the ability for companies in this great marketplace to reserve booth space in AIMExpo!

At the encouragement of many in the industry, we’ve opened the process of taking reservations and accepting fully-refundable deposits for the 2013 American International Motorcycle Expo next October. Yes, we’re over a year out, but in listening to the market, we knew the importance of creating a next step for those ready to make their commitments to the show! We know that many of you will be developing your 2013 budgets soon, if not now, which is a big reason to make both pricing and the ability to reserve exhibit space available now!

Along with getting all your ducks in a row budget-wise, we are also providing exciting incentives for those companies that sign up early. When exhibitors submit their reservations now, they will earn priority space selection, listing on the AIMExpo website, and mentions in event promotional materials!

But wait, there’s more!

All this can be done at no risk!  We’re offering a fully-refundable 10% deposit on booth space. I’m sure you’re wondering – ‘how much is booth space?’

Well, if you call before midnight tonight

Actually, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to know that you don’t really have to call before midnight to reserve booth space at a rather efficient rate of $2,400 per 10’x10’ booth.  Remember, that’s for a five-day show that will have trade, press, and consumers all in one place, at one time, under one roof, in one exhibit hall, at the absolute right time of the year! So, for as little as $240 (fully refundable!), you can stake your claim in Orlando! And don’t worry; this exciting offer won’t expire when you close this web page!

Moving In

Happy Fourth of July! I hope everyone is able to enjoy some down time today during this celebration of America’s independence. In my case, some recreation in the form of a round of golf is going to be much appreciated after a hectic few weeks. Why were we so busy? Our team made the big move into our new office space in Southern California that will be home base for the Marketplace Events Motorcycle Group!

Since forming MPE’s Motorcycle Group at the beginning of 2012, our team has been working hard from offices within our homes. Don’t get me wrong, working from home has its distinct advantages, but the truth is that nothing replaces the synergy that comes from an office atmosphere, especially when it’s filled with people holding a similar vision!  In many ways, the office is a microcosm of the concept we’ve embraced for the American International Motorcycle Expo – it’s much more efficient and effective to have everyone in one place at one time!!

Upon getting settled into the new space, there are plenty of little things you don’t think about compared to arriving at a job where an office is already in place. Kudos to Mike Webster, MPE Trade Show Division President who was given the temporary title of Director of Furniture and Telecom Acquisition, after he successfully negotiated the lease on a great space for our team.  And after we had taken possession of the new office space, a lack of furniture didn’t stop us from having a few meetings on a temporary conference table – a card table I brought from home.  Trying to coordinate furniture delivery, IT setup, and the all important coffee maker is a full time effort – which, now that it’s done, Mike swears he’ll never do again!  Thanks Mike, it was worth it!!
